Every two years, South Carolina Law requires the political parties to elect new officers from our local voting precincts up to state party chairman so that the parties do not become stagnant or coopted and corrupt. It is ordered so that the county voters in your neighborhood can control the party and stop the state level officers from capturing the Republican Party.
